"Its My Half Birthday!!"

My baby girl is 6 months old today and it's her half birthday!

If anyone knows me they know I celebrate my half birthday which is August 21st ;)! So of course I want to make it a tradition with my daughter.

Life is crazy my husbands been on nights and I barely see him in the morning but this is his last week and I could not be more excited to have him back home with us!

Ari is growing and changing everyday and is full of personality!

We went to take her 6 month photos last weekend and it was the first time she cried like that the whole entire photo shoot :( you can plan the outfits and accessories to a T but you cant plan the outcome, oh well I am sure we got at least 1 good one! :) I did take some at home the next day and she was back to her normal smiling self, oh baby!

Facts about Miss Ari Chanel

-She is sitting up and rolling over

- I swear she said mom last weekend all day long

-She is wearing 6-12 months in clothing

-Ari is not a fan of laying down anymore she has to be propped up somehow :)

-Her first really taste of food was bananas! She made the funniest face but kept eating it. I tried sweet potatoes on another day and she LOVED it I think that’s her favorite so far, she even tried grabbing the whole jar! ;)

-She pulls her self up out of the car seat – even when I am driving I can see her lifting her head up trying to move and get out

-She is sleeping in the bed with me which makes it easier and helps her sleep through the night which helps

-She loves the camera and our mini photo shoot sessions at home
-Lately she's been feeling my face with her hand she'll rub her hand up and down and around almost to familiarize herself with me, I love watching her face while she does it she just smiles and looks so intrigued
-Did I mention she hates blankets anytime we cover her she pushes it off, she's been like this since she was born - silly baby!
